I dont have a clue how to lose weight ?! HELP? - photos of a healthy lost milk tooth

Heres right for what we already do --

3 meals per day (lunch and dinner, breakfast was great just do not know why it works that way) and snack A LOT

but I can force myself to eat large meals before dark, filled with ease and I can not bear it full! so they end up eating - a lot, because if I terrible abdominal pain when I'm hungry for an hour without eating, to lure me into a ball and forcing me into little bites until they disappear (I know, in weirdlol)

Anyway, walk everywhere! I run about 6 miles twice (not in the week but the weight just for fun) I lose Horse riding (the blame entirely the monster thighs), i play rugby

I must admit, despite my meals are healthy snakcs my jacket, my lunch consists of about 6 / 7 slices sAlami / ham / day, 5 cookies with chocolate chips, 2 decks of ships and chips or a bowl of cucumbers and dressing =)

Things I do not drink, that drinking fruit juice and milk
So yeah .... lol yeah thats healthy I admit, I portionof than 1 fruit / vegetables per day

I weigh 53 kg and I am 5ft2 atm. Im not fat, only fat and my legs are enormous! hahaha

HOW CAN I DO ??????? Carry

You only have to reduce their calorie intake and improve your heart down a slope and to add a little resistance. This will help the metabolism.
Also try to drink more water instead of all snacks, try to snack on healthy things, grapefruit and carrots.
